Missing class forfeits the seat
Late arrivals and no-shows may forfeit the registration, deposit, and other payments made. A reserved seat cannot simply be transferred after the class has begun or passed.
Class seats, instructor time, equipment, and course materials are reserved around each registration. Please review these policies carefully before paying. By completing registration, you acknowledge responsibility for selecting the correct course and meeting all attendance and course requirements.
Visalia CPR does not issue refunds. Missing a class, arriving unprepared, arriving too late, selecting the wrong course, or failing to meet a course requirement may result in forfeiture of the seat and payments made. Rescheduling is available only when the requirements below are met.
Rescheduling is not automatic. Follow the notice period and rebooking window carefully.

When a seat is reserved using a deposit, the remaining balance is due upon arrival in cash, using the exact amount. Tardiness or failure to attend results in forfeiture of the deposit.
Students attending an in-person BLS Provider or BLS Provider Renewal class are responsible for obtaining the required BLS Student Manual before class. A student who arrives without the required manual may be unable to participate and may forfeit the seat and payment.
Visalia CPR is not responsible for registrations made for the wrong class. When the mistake is reported within the applicable reschedule period, a switch may be possible if space is available. The student is responsible for any price difference.
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, contact Visalia CPR by call, text, and email within 5 minutes of registration. A $15 reversal fee applies. Delayed notification may result in no refund or reversal.
Students attending a skills session must have completed the required online Part 1 and must possess a valid American Heart Association Certificate of Completion that matches the skills session.
Visalia CPR does not provide reminder calls, texts, or emails. Students are responsible for remembering the scheduled date and time, arriving on time, and bringing everything required for the selected course.
Completing registration indicates acceptance of the posted refund, reschedule, attendance, payment, course-selection, and preparation requirements. If you are unsure which class you need, contact us before paying.
