THE BOOK POLICY ONLY APPLIES IF YOU ARE TAKING EITHER BLS PROVIDER OR BLS PROVIDER RENEWAL IN CLASS ONLY!! IF YOU DID YOU CLASS ONLINE OR ARE TAKING ANY HEARTSAVER CLASS, THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU! Visalia CPR unfortunately does not issue refunds. No exceptions! All sales are final! Classes are reserved on a first serve basis and space is limited. Once classes are full, if you are absent, your space in the class cannot be taken by another prospective student. You may however re-schedule your class for another day, as long as you contact us 48 hours BEFORE your scheduled class and There is a $5 fee to reschedule(this $5 rescheduling fee ONLY applies if you have contacted us 48 HOURS prior to your start time. (Business hours Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) (SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR HOLIDAYS ARE NOT REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS)If you register less than 48 hour prior to your start time, You are waiving your right to reschedule. If you contact us less than 48 hours prior to your start time, you are waiving your right to reschedule and your absence will result in forfeiture of any and all fund you paid.
THE REASON FOR THIS POLICY IS BECAUSE WE PAY INSTRUCTORS TO TEACH OUR CLASSES AND THEY WILL CHARGE A PER STUDENT FEE AND WHETHER YOU SHOW UP OR NOT, WE HAVE TO PAY FOR YOU. Example: If you purchase a ticket to a movie theater, for a specific day and time and you " Don't show up" can you go back on a different day and say " Hi, I purchased a seat to a movie on a different day, but I didn't show up or was late, may I come in on a different day without paying ?" what do you think the answer will be? We thank you for understanding and agreeing to our policy. If you prefer to just "Show up" instead to ANY of our classes, you are welcome to do so, However, We will not save you a seat, we will not guarantee you a seat and we will not guarantee the class will not be cancelled, We only send instructors to our site when students have paid in advance for a seat. Also, if you decide to "Crash our class" here are the terms: 1. You must Arrive 30 Minutes before your start time. 2. You must pay in CASH ONLY! 3. You must Have exact change! 4. There is an additional $4 fee for paying in person. When "Crashing" our class, its First Come First Serve! Space is very limited! Calling ahead will not help, we do not answer the phones before 9:00 Am, Sorry.
If you do contact us 48 hours prior to your start time , you have 30 days from your original scheduled class to sign up for a new class. Your cancellation , absence or not arriving at your scheduled time (late) will result in a forfeiture of your funds. Therefore, please make sure that you will be able to attend class on the day you schedule. We are not responsible if you sign up for the wrong class, so please make sure you are signing up for the correct class. if you do sign up for the wrong class, and you notify us within 48 hours, we will gladly switch you to a different class if there is room in that class and if there is a difference in the amount, you must pay the difference.Thank you for complying with these regulations. Register Early! Schedule subject to change without notice. Enrolment is limited. Classes fill-up quickly.
NOTE: We do NOT provide any reminder calls, texts or emails, We are not responsible for reminding you that you have a class, If you are signing up for a class we are assume you are of age to remind yourself .
IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY PAY TWICE, you must call, text and email immediately! (Yes all 3) notifying us of this mistake within 5 minutes of you registering si we can fix the issue NOTE THERE IS A $15 reversal fee!.. If you fail to call, text and email within those 5 minutes, you will NOT GET A REVERSAL ! No expectations! If you wait until the day of your class to notify us that you paid twice, you will NOT receive a reversal/refund, we saved two seats for you wether it was intentional or a mistake, we don’t know that and we hired an instructor to teach two students. The only solution is that you will get a free class the next time you renew. Please see top of this page for our no refund policy.

IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THE WRONG CLASS AND THE CLASS YOU NEEDED COSTS MORE THAN THE CORRECT CLASS, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND,AS STATED BEFORE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU SIGN UP FOR THE WRONG CLASS. In this case the same rescheduling policy (noted above) apply and contingent upon the availability of the correct class.
****IF YOU ARRIVE FOR YOUR SKILLS SESSION WITH OUT THE CORRECT CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION ( CLICK HERE AND SCROLL DOWN FOR A SAMPLE OF THE CORRECT CERTIFICATE , it may be a different name of the class you took but all else is identical) WITH A VALID CERTIFICATE NUMBER ISSUED BY THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION, IN YOUR HAND, OR WITHOUT COMPLITING PART 1 ONLINE AT ALL, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED UN PREPARED AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AND WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW CLASS****
