Our instructors protect class time and avoid interrupting students to answer calls. Weekday classes may run between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., so texting is generally the easiest way to reach us during those hours.
We often try to return messages during breaks or as soon as the current class allows.
Include the important details
- Your first and last name
- The exact course or skills session
- Your class date and start time, when already registered
- The email address used during registration
- A short explanation of what you need help with
Confirm the correct course
Ask your employer, school, licensing agency, or program whether you need BLS, Heartsaver, First Aid, CPR AED, a blended course, or a full classroom course. Visalia CPR cannot guarantee that one course satisfies every outside requirement.
Need to reschedule or review a policy?
Review the posted policies before contacting us about a cancellation, late arrival, no-show, deposit, balance, online-course purchase, or rescheduling request.
We may be able to come to your location
Mobile training may be available for workplaces, organizations, healthcare teams, families, and other groups. Minimum group size, travel distance, equipment needs, course type, scheduling, and pricing vary.

Same-day eCards may be available*
*Same-day cards are available only while quantities last and at an additional fee. We are not required to issue cards the same day; this is an added service we offer.
Standard card-processing time applies when same-day service is unavailable. Class prices are subject to change without prior notice.
