Your online Certificate of Completion is not the final provider card. You must register for the matching Visalia CPR hands-on skills session, submit the correct certificate, and successfully complete Part 2.

Do not arrive without the correct AHA Certificate of Completion
The certificate must be from the official American Heart Association online course and must match the skills session you register for. Students who arrive without a valid matching certificate, or without completing Part 1, are considered unprepared and must purchase a new appointment.
Submit your certificate within 30 minutes of registration
Immediately after paying for the skills session, read the confirmation email and follow its certificate-submission instructions. The correct Certificate of Completion must be received no later than 30 minutes after registration, with no exceptions.

Choose the Correct Path
Which online course did you complete?
BLS and Heartsaver are different course families. Registering for the wrong skills session can prevent you from participating and does not qualify for a refund.
HeartCode BLS
Choose this path when your certificate says HeartCode BLS. This course is generally for healthcare professionals, trained first responders, and healthcare-program students.
- Adult CPR and AED skills
- Infant CPR skills
- Ventilations, team response, and required BLS testing
- Two-year BLS Provider eCard after both parts
Heartsaver Online
Choose this path when your certificate is for a Heartsaver First Aid, CPR AED, First Aid CPR AED, or Pediatric course.
- The exact Heartsaver course title must match
- Adult, child, infant, first aid, and pediatric modules vary
- This is not a BLS Provider course
- Matching two-year Heartsaver card after both parts

What your certificate must show
- Your legal or registered student name
- The official American Heart Association course title
- Successful completion of the entire online portion
- A course that matches the skills session you selected
A receipt, course-progress screenshot, expired certificate, non-AHA certificate,
or certificate for a different course cannot replace the correct document.
Arrive ready for hands-on testing
- Review your confirmation email before leaving home
- Verify the date, start time, location, and course title
- Arrive early enough to be checked in before the start time
- Bring access to your certificate in case it must be rechecked
Late arrivals and no-shows may lose the appointment and all payments.

Check before registering
Look at the title printed on the certificate. Ask the employer, school, licensing agency, or program requesting the card which course is required. Visalia CPR cannot guarantee that a course satisfies every outside requirement.
Skills-session payments are non-refundable
Register only after confirming the exact course, certificate, date, and time. A seat is reserved specifically for the registered student. Students who select the wrong session, miss the submission deadline, arrive without the proper certificate, arrive late, or do not attend may forfeit the appointment and payment.
Same-day eCards may be available*
*Same-day cards are available only while quantities last and at an additional fee. We are not required to issue cards the same day; this is an added service we offer.
Standard processing time applies when expedited same-day service is unavailable.

Mobile skills sessions may be available for workplaces, organizations, families, and other groups. Minimum group size, travel area, availability, equipment needs, and pricing vary.
