Steps to take AHA courses in 2 parts, Part 1 Online at www.onlineaha.org. Step one: Got to www.Onlineaha.org Depending on which device you are using, you must look for this wording: “Find course” Or “Courses”.
Step Three: Add the class you need to your “Cart” As you would when you are purchasing an item online. Step Four: Register If you have registered with AHA in the past, simply sin in, If you have Lost your sign in info you must contact AHA directly NOT Visalia CPR.
Step Four: Pay AHA for your online course.
Any additional questions past this point must be directed to AHA directly as we have nothing to do with part 1, we are simply directing you to help you get to the right place. Please keep in mind, Visalia CPR is NOT responsible if you sign up for the wrong class! It is your responsibility to sign up for the correct class!.
Once you have completed part one this is what you do next: Print out Your Certificate of Completion, If you do NOT have a printer Please email it to: firstname.lastname@example.org, Please Mark as Urgent so it may be easy to locate.
And Last, just come into the class for your skills check off at least 15 minutes early. DO NOT BE LATE! Please refer to our policy regarding late arrivals HERE! ****IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED PART ONE ONLINE AND HAVE YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION IN YOUR HAND AT THE START OF YOUR SKILLS SESSION, YOU ARE CONSIDERED NOT PREPARED AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A NEW CLASS! NO EXCEPTIONS!!*** If your certificate is NOT Issued BY American Heart Association like the one pictured below ( The class completed may be different as the one pictured but the layout is the same) you may have taken the wrong class! if you show up with any other certificate other than the one pictured below, then you can NOT take this class and if you have paid, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND! No exceptions! If you wish to reschedule, you will have to pay the same fee again!!
Please be prepared to be at our location for approx.. 1 hour for you skills session (AKA Part 2 and sometimes 3, same thing). Once you have completed part 2, you will receive a completion card.
